Video - Grading Rubric

Create a video that defines at least 10 vocabulary words from one of your content area classes. Two minute maximum length for the video.

Graphics

Take your own photos or find pictures on the Internet. Save them to your Google Drive, iCloud Drive, or a flash drive, then copy them to a new folder in your home drive in class.
When searching Google online for graphics > click on Images > Search Tools > Size > Large - this will show only high quality, high resolution graphics
Convert .gif images to .jpeg using Preview - Go to File > Export and select jpeg under the Format pull-down menu

Add all pictures to iMovie -

Select and drag your graphics into iMovie

Crop, Ken Burns, effect, transitions, timing
Create a title and credit slides

Copy and paste the text that you have saved in Google Docs, or in Pages to the iMovie.

Format and edit your text

Create soundtrack in GarageBand

Share > Send song to iTunes
Import song to iMovie

Export iMovie Project - Share > Export using QuickTime > save in your home drive
Inset into a webpage using the following code - <video id="sampleMovie" src="MovieNameHere.m4v" controls=""></video>
