My second goal on how to improve myself is to exercise often. I sometimes get lazy and not exercise, but I know that my body needs to be in shape so I do more things later in my life. One way I can exercise more often is by first doing calm exercise and not overdo myself because I might hurt my body. Once a few days past, I will try to push my by doing more every time I exercise. If I do 10 push ups, I might 15 next time then 20. I will try to push myself so I can become a better athelete and be in good shape.
My third goal on how to improve myself is to understand others. Sometimes someone messes up and people usually get angry and insult the person. I have sometimes done that, but now I think that we should ask we they messed up or try to understand other people's feelings.
My last goal I on how to improve my self is to be more positive. I need to be postive because I will be more happier and help me with gratitude goal. Also, I have to positive during these uncertin times with Covid-19 and with quarintine. Being more positive will me and my family have more happines and joy while we can't see anybody and not hang out with friends. In conclusion,these are my goals to improve myself. I will try to improve myself by following these goals and try to become a better person.:)
