Marvel Universe Live is a live show based in the Marvel universe. Well, I guess you could have guessed that. It's in the title. Please, allow me to elaborate.
Story Line

The Cosmic Cube
Marvel
Universe Live starts with Thor, god of thunder, smashing the Cosmic
Cube into three fractals and then scattering them across the globe.
Loki, Thor’s brother, gathers leftover dust from the cosmic cube to
make a cloned version of the cube. He captures the mutant heroes
Wolverine, Cyclops, and Storm.

Elsewhere, Iron Man, also known as the great
Tony Stark, is yet to learn of Loki’s plot, and is visited by Peter
Parker, also known as Spider-Man. Peter shows Tony a new power for when
everything else fails. Peter calls this device the Lectro Link.
Suddenly, SHIELD agents Nick Fury and Maria Hill alert Tony and Peter
of Loki’s scheme, and the two heroes rush to the rescue. Unfortunately,
Loki has protection from an alien race known as the Chitauri, and they
allow Loki to escape with his cube cloning device and two of the three
mutants. Wolverine is the only mutant hero the heroes could save before
Loki left.

Iron Man knows that he needs help to
defeat Loki, so he calls upon other heroes. The team of heroes has the
members Iron Man, Spider-Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Hawkeye,
Falcon, Bruce Banner (more commonly known as the Hulk), Captain Marvel,
Thor and Wolverine. Tony learns that the Cosmic Cube’s fractals have
been taken by the groups AIM, the Sinister Six, and HYDRA. Splitting
into teams, the heroes attempt to reclaim the Cosmic Cube in order to
thwart Loki’s clone.

The team of Iron Man, Captain Marvel, and
Hawkeye goes to AIM’s not-so-secret secret base to grab the first
fractal. They end up facing several AIM agents, super-powered
Extremis soldiers, and Aldrich Killian, boss of AIM, to grab the
first third of the Cosmic Cube.
Hulk and Wolverine
Meanwhile, Bruce Banner and Wolverine
head for Loki’s new base in the Himalayas to free Cyclops and Storm. As
their journey becomes more treacherous, the Hulk threatens to break free
of Banner’s control.
Thor and Spider-Man Swinging into action
Spider-Man and Thor have headed to the Statue
of Liberty, which appears to be the Sinister Six’s last location. The
god of thunder and Peter Parker must then battle the Green Goblin, the
Lizard, Electro, Black Cat, Doctor Octopus, and the Rhino to claim the
second fractal.
Captain America versus Red Skull
The final fractal is chased to HYDRA island,
where Captain America, Black Widow, and Falcon must fight the HYDRA,
Red Skull, and his henchman Madame Hydra for the third and final piece
to the Cube.
The Hulk is ready to pound Loki into the ground
The final showdown pits the heroes, who have all
collected their fractals, against Loki and all the villains they’ve
already faced. The battle unleashes Bruce Banner and the Hulk enters
play, unfortunately giving Loki the person to mind control. The heroes
are caught by Loki and left helpless, until Iron Man uses his Lectro
Link to gather power from the audience and free the heroes. The heroes
defeat Loki, and separate the Cube once again.
