Playing the Piano
By:Gievirlyn
Once upon a time, there was a
person who liked the piano. Too bad that person wasn't you. Boo hoo hoo.
Imagine a cool voice narrating this newspaper, but then again, it's only me! HAHA!
LOOK! The page is breaking!
Just because I got bored!
...
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY
Bored
Oh yeah, if you can't read this, then highlight everything! (Or double
click, that works too.. I guess...) :D
Now,
when you think of the
piano, what do you think of? I
know! You probably
think about hitting a bunch of keys on the keyboard or the piano and
you get music. WELL
THAT'S
TOTALLY WRONG!
If you didn't think this,
then thank you. You
sure are compassionate.
The piano is an instrument made after the harpsichord around who knows
when. It might have been around the late 1600s or 1700s. I can't remember.
My piano teacher told me this when she taught me, but who remembers? Surely not me.
Make sure if you want to play the piano, listen to your teacher and
remember. You'll regret it if you don't, so remember your lessons
children!
So, if you
want to learn the piano, you must master
the techniques of a jujitsu
master. Thinking about karate? NOPE! I said
jujitsu! Just kidding, you just have to practice your hand fingering
and other stuff
like curling your fingers. Yes, you must curl your
fingers like curly fries
and deal with it!(Not really) One example
of
this is when you type. You keep you fingers curled and type, and that
is used in piano, to
make sure you hit the
note correctly and play it
super softly or very crazily. Just one note here, if you are to play
the piano, please don't hurt the piano when you can't get the technique
right and start raging
like an idiot. IT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU!
And now, more information
on how to play the piano.
Step 1: Ok, you
already
know this, but you have
to have a piano. Duuhhh.
Step 2: I don't know what to do next! Oh WAIT! You can just buy a book that shows you how to teach
yourself
the piano OR get an actual teacher
to teach you. You can even pick an easy
song and teach yourself!
By
yourself! ALL ALONE! I DON'T KNOW HOW TO TEACH YOU, FOR I
AM NOT THERE. HA!
Ok now, so as some of you already know, there are 52
white keys and 36 black keys on the piano, totaling 88 keys!
Yea,
that's sure not exciting. But here is something you may not know. I
have been playing the piano for quite a while, only
just 5 years. I
still haven't mastered it, but here is the piano portion
from some
anime's opening. I have been working really hard on it, so listen!
That's an order from your lieutenant.
If you don't listen, then you
are a cold hearted person who eats lonely blue cheese and hates cheese.
Confusing? Yea right.
Now, if you want to leave now,
LEAVE NOW
I
will play other portions
of songs so you can see
different styles of music.
The
order of the songs will start with: This Game, a theme from an anime(Fairy Tail), Doubt and Trust, and Hikari (by Elisa)
[ IT'S TOO HARD! Hurts my hands TT^TT ]
If you PROBABLY can play This Game and you WANT to play it,
then go on youtube and use the link from
there because I don't know
how to give
you the link. :L(Om nom nom) Look up Animenz This Game and look
at the description to see the printout.
Then look up the rest because that's life.
