Pieology.
Nothing to do with the study of something. Just a really good pizzeria.
Pieology is a pizza version of Subway. The pizza isn’t thick like every
other pizza at a different pizza place, it’s thin. It’s 8 dollars to
build your own pizza with unlimited toppings. The first step is to pick
a sauce. Which goes on the dough before the marinara sauce. There is
red sauce, cheese alfredo, herb butter, olive oil, buffalo sauce,
pesto, and BBQ sauce. The second step is to pick cheeses or just
one type of cheese. The cheeses are mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, feta
gorgonzola, and daiya mozzarella. The third step is to pick some meats.
The meats are pepperoni, sausage, meatball, chicken, spicy chicken,
ham, and bacon. The last step is to pick toppings which are black
olives, mushrooms, red onions, green peppers, artichokes, tomatoes,
pineapple, cilantro, spinach, etc. After you pick they put your pizza
in to the oven. They also sell salads, sides, and pick a soda or ice
tea. When you pay they give you a number and pick out a table and set
the number on the corner of the table. Wait never mind. On the take out
boxes they say "The Study Of Custom Pizza" . . . In my opinion the
pizza is really good and they also make the toppings fresh each morning
or day. The address and the website are below.
