Hey Guys! If you or your parents watch the news, you probably heard about Michelle Obama’s speech in the Time Warner Cable Arena in CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA September 05,2012.  People are talking about how it was a “GOOD” speech what do you guys think?  Her speech was what you can call a “personal speech'.  The speech was touching for some people, some even cried.  The First Lady talked about the human side of Barack Obama.  She also talked about how the Obamas went through a period where their monthly student loan bills were higher than their mortgages.  The First Lady said, "You see, Barack and I were both raised by families who didn't have much in the way of money or material possessions but had given us something far more valuable --- their unconditional love, their unflinching sacrifice, and the chance to go places they had never imagined for themselves," most of the American families that are suffering because of the economic disemployment know how that feels.  People really enjoyed her speech it really touched their hearts.  She also addressed the to Republican attacks and drew some of the biggest applause lines in the Time Warner Cable Arena.  The First Lady said,"We learned about honesty and integrity --- that the truth matters.” "That you don't take shortcuts or play by your own set of rules, and success doesn't count unless you earn it fair and square."  Those lines made people stand up in a roar.  But the most remembered line was "You see, even though back then, Barack was a senator and a presidential candidate, to me he was still the guy who picked me up for dates in a car that was so rusted out, I could actually see the pavement going by through a hole in the passenger side door. He was the guy whose proudest possession was a coffee table he'd found in a dumpster, and whose only pair of decent shoes was half a size too small."  You see Michelle Obama did that speech to back up her husband on the presidential polls, to show the American population that Barack Obama knows what people are going through, and that he cares.
