Autumn Leaves

What is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word 'Fall'?


   Hot cocoa,



(Tip: Add crushed peppermint, like the kind they give you at restaurants or the ones at the bottom of your grandma's purse, to your hot cocoa. It's delicious, one the things I strongly look forward to.)
Halloween, & Pumpkin Patches





The one night where hyped-up children recieve bags of free candy their parents try to shoo them away from and proportion.
Whoever came up with the idea for a holiday where you get/give free candy is an absolute genius.

A lit-up face illumintaing from inside of a vegetable, who would've thought.
Fall Fashion,







Where girls and a few guys can wear boots, sweaters, scarves, & have it actually be appropriate for the weather!


  Fall-scented candles,




Bath & Body works is well-known for their Fall-scented candles, the quality is fairly good since their burning duration averages at about 10 hours or so. In my house, it isn't Fall until we light a candle.
  Thanksgiving,


The one day where you have an excuse to stuff your face with a minumum amount of judgement.
  Windy weather,




Greatest thing about Fall, need I say more?
& for those very special people out there, a new frilly Starbucks spiced pumpkin latte thing?






 





I personally love almost every single one of those things that make my idea of a perfect season, a perfect season.
It just seems to make me smile. (cheesy)
So I decided to find out how Autumn affects students here at RCMS.
I asked a couple of 8th graders what they thought about Fall.

Wearing sweaters.

Halloween cause I get lots of candy, and the weather is amazing.
