Climate change is a huge problem. Affecting the hole world in multiple ways, as this upcoming video will state.
However there's a way to fix these problems. Like riding bikes for example. As the video stated it burns less fossil fuel (For example car gas.). However it doesn't state how healthy it can make you. As the article "Cycling - Health benefits" by better health channel it states, "Cycling is mainly an aerobic activity, which means that your heart, blood vessels and lungs all get a workout. You will breathe deeper, perspire and experience increased body temperature, which will improve your overall fitness level. The health benefits of regular cycling include:increased cardiovascular fitness." This means that it is a activity that strengthen the heart and lungs improving the body's effectiveness with breathing air. However there's reasons why we don't see a ton of people riding to work and local stores. People think its too far. However as it states in "Want to Fight Climate Change? Swap out your car for a bike" by Danielle Zickle it states, "Studies have shown that most commuters can’t or won’t bike to work if they have to travel more than 15 miles each way. But there’s no rule that says you have to bike your entire commute. Cities can offer more multimodal options—that is, combining your bike trip with train, bus, or ferry trips—to make potential riders more comfortable."One problem we have here in Ontario and Rancho are that there not a lot of trains and subways unlike major cities like New York or Los Angeles. However there are still plenty of buses to use. This means that people can ride there bike for like a mile or a certain distant to the stop and ride the rest to work, as most buses have a bike rack to put your bike on. And riding your bike isn't the only option, there's other stuff to do, as this list from Ten Things to Do To Stop Greenhouse Gasses (Also the site that I took and put in the video.)
